Chef Pandita’s Pumpkin Pie French Toast

Ingredients and Steps

Pumpkin pie french toast

1 large egg
2 tablespoons milk of your choice
2 tablespoons pumpkin purée
2 tablespoons SoloCoco Virgin Coconut Oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg, cloves, all spice and ginger
Sliced bread

1. Whisk all ingredients [except bread, and save a tablespoon of SoloCoco for the pan] together in a bowl.

2. Add a tablespoon of SoloCoco to a skillet and melt over medium heat.

3. Soak bread in mixture.

4. Cook 2-3 min on each side. Enjoy!
